The Sims 3

It is a good day to be a pirate.

;X I heard EA being slightly smug and claiming that the leaked version is an incomplete version of the game..

I want The Sims 3 @_@

I think The Sims 3 sucks. The customization of your character is really limited, and all of the faces look the same to me. I like the different pattern/color selections of clothes, but as far as making a sim look like you physically, I feel like it is virtually impossible. I also hate the way you have to move around (right click then move mouse in that direction) as compared to the movement within The Sims 1. I definitely prefer The Sims 2 over 3 right now but maybe EA will change my mind.

Maybe, however, I've ordered this and it will arrive next week. Shit, I need to study. >:

I agree with Patty. The sims are fugly. I don't think there's any sims 3 downloads yet, so most of the clothings and makeup suck.
I hope we can change the face templates like how they could do in the sims 2. My sims 2 people are 102301293x better looking than the sims 3

I was thinking it'd take even longer than the sims 2 to load, but it's actually WAAAAAAAAY faster.
But the graphics aren't as good. ;\

It doesn't load faster than The Sims 2 for me, and there is a new loading screen altogether. My sim in The Sims 2 actually looked like me, but I can't make a sim in The Sims 3 without it looking like a whore/emo.

Apparently there's already $200+ worth of DLC that could easily have been packaged with the game.

Well shit. Time to pirate that too.

It's EA, of course they intentionally kept them out of the game in order to make some more cash.

I hope people start making stuff for the sims 3, like better looking people But I can live with a different look for awhile xD.

Well I got Sims3 (mostly because I'm retarded) on a free day and played it. I spent 4 hours going "Ok Im gonna go to bed after this skill up"... "Ok after this one"... "Ok after the next promotion"... then once I FINALLY stopped playing and climbed in bed I realised "Wow I've just played that game for like 8 hours straight and now that I think about it... I didn't have fun during any of that..." and haven't touched it since.
